Steve O Neil is a native of Newcastle, in the North East of England and brings over 20 years of coaching experience in the USA and Europe to our camps. He played semi professionally in the United Kingdom for eight years. The holder of an English FA Youth Badge and Psychology of Soccer Certificate,Italian FIGC Diploma, NSCAA National, Regional, State, Goalkeeping Premier Level and High School Diplomas. He is also a certified USSF Referee. From 2000-03 he was the Primary Assistant Coach for the W-League Hampton Roads Piranhas.The 2003 W-League National Champions. O Neil spends his spare time traveling around the world checking out youth academies and bringing the knowledge back to ISC.He has been published in the journal World Class Coaching. Steve is also a Director of Coaching for the Virginia Rush Soccer Club based in Virginia Beach. In addition, he is a clinician who has assisted several High School,College ,Super Y,and Olympic Development Programs .  Phil Rose is a native of Hull, England and following a successful career in the Northern Premier League,he has risen through the ranks of coaches to become a member of the NSCAA National Staff. A holder of an English FA Badge, USSF A License and the NSCAA Premier Diploma he is currently tasked with researching new ideas for the NSCAA. He is currently the NSCAA State Technical Director for Florida and a member of the State Olympic development Program Staff.Formerly Coach of the USA Paralympic Team. John Germanos is a native of London, England and brings over 20 years of coaching experience, and an extensive playing career in the USA to our camps. The holder of NSCAA Advanced National, National, Regional, State, Goalkeeping and High School Diplomas. From 2000 to 2003 he was the Head Coach for the W-League Hampton Roads Piranhas, leading them to the 2003 National Championship in his third season with the team. John is a Director of Coaching for NYSL in Virginia.Former High School Coach and has assisted several High School and College Programs and has worked in the Olympic Development Program. All Coaches have worked with National Team players from Australia, England, Germany, Ghana, Scotland, Guatemala, Canada and the United States National teams. They have also completed coaching tours of Holland, Belgium, India,Iceland, Italy and Germany where they got to participate in training sessions with PSV Eindhoven and Roda JC of the Dutch Eredivise , Perugia of Italy s Serie A and Mahindra United of the Indian National Football League. |
